Luck has a peculiar habit of favoring those who don't depend on it. Fate is for those too weak to determine their own destiny. In "Damn, I'm glad I've got a paid lawyer" news, the Snowman homey Young Jeezy is sitting somewhere relieved now that the Florida State's Attorney's office has declined to prosecute him on two counts of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit in connection with an South Beach shooting in March.
Oh really EbenGregory.that's good news. How much cash you think was spread around to get that kind of deal?
The Jewelry Man declines to answer.
The Jewelry Man is informed that there apparently was not enough evidence to pursue the charges against the Snowman (real name Jay Jenkins) and his personal assistant homey Tramiel De Juan Golden. If you can recall, the Snowman was allegedly involved in a fist to cuff in South Beach. The end result.somebody tried to give somebody a wet t-shirt.
Here's South Beach police spokesperson Officer Bobby Hernandez to MTV News on what after the fight: After the arrest, we found that there were four guns total in the car ... and [Jeezy] was in control of two of them. Both guns were both readily accessible to the defendant.
Here's the Snowman's lawyer, Scott Leemon, to EbenGregory on Jeezy being vindicated: As we told everyone that day, no weapons in the car belonged to Young Jeezy. We are glad that he is able to put this behind him and refocus on what he does best - making hit records.
And speaking of true stories.
Here's some rose gold jewelry being dropped by EbenGregory on Young Jeezy beating those gun charges: A person often meets his destiny on the road he took to avoid it.
And speaking of avoiding.don't avoid The Jewelry Man's space.be his friend: MySpace.com/ebengregory.
