Classic Rock Magazine is reporting that Woodstock Festival is going to celebrating it's 40^th year! The festival is set to take place in New York 15^th - 16^th and Berlin 22^nd -23^rd of August 2009.

A line up has not been announced yet, but rumors of Grateful Dead, The Who, and Santana playing the festival has been flying around.
