• Usher's back like he left something. His new movie "In The Mix" opens today. Here's Usher as told to MTV: "What the plot of the story is, well, a young city DJ named Darrell Williams, aged 26, has one of the hottest clubs in New York City," the singer began. "He gets himself invited to a party for a mafia princess ... and ends up taking the bullet for a mafia boss played by Chazz Palminteri. After that, my character is asked to be [bodyguard to] Dolly Pacelli, who happens to be played by Emmanuelle Chriqui. After that, basically the plot unfolds, you know - life is what happens when you're making other plans."

Dude, who you kidding? The movie's about you trying to cash another check. Shame on you, you don't need the money. Besides it looks like you eating too good these days anyway.

Here's a funny tidbit. Usher, whose 2004 "Confessions" had huge critical and commercial success, isn't the only musician with a movie these days. Rapper 50 Cent has his own movie, too. Both show the stars baring some skin. But does Usher think he's the better man? "I'm a smaller guy. 50's got the arms, I got the abs," he says. Hmmm.you got the abs?

In more Usher news, the Atlanta R&B dude recently shared his dating secrets with Time magazine. Here's Usher as told to Time Magazine: "Women love compliments, you know what I mean? Buy her a drink," he said. "Talk to her about whatever it is that she wants to talk about. As long as you keep her laughing, you got it." Oh for real? I guess the millions of dollars you sitting on help make the compliments a little more believable right?

What did you and Karrine "Superhead" Steffans talk about? Apparently she likes your dating tips. In fact, she talks all about your dating skills and bedroom moves here. Did Chilli like your dating tips or did she think that Confessions song was about her? Naomi Campbell seemed to like you dating tips until she snubbed you for Diddy. Oh well, you still got Xzibit's ex fiancé Eishia Brightwell. She'll be your boo. Unless that story I heard on the Russ Parr show is true.

    Two words: Stop confessing.
