In "Maybe I should consult my lawyer before speaking to the media" news, rapper Don P. of Trillville recently spoke out about his arrest for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl. Here's the story, let's re-cap:

Police said Donnell Prince, who goes by the name Don P, and another man raped the girl at a party in Lithonia on Dec. 16. Allegedly, the assault took place at a gathering of about eight to 10 people at the Wood Crest Walk apartments when Prince and the second man took the girl into a bedroom. The girl and her friend then left the apartment and called police. But by the time they arrived, most of the partygoers had exited stage right. Don P was arrested last week and charged with rape and two counts of aggravated sodomy.

Now having said that.

Here's Don P. to AllHipHop.com on being charged with rape and two counts of aggravated sodomy: The bond hearing ended up being like the trial, because the word on the street is the girl, she's been talking too much. Telling her friends that hopefully she can get paid and write a book like Monica Lewinsky or some shit. Word got back to the State and her story just keeps changing. I'm the only n***a in the room, of course, the only n***a she knows to say [committed a crime] is me. So, that's how that got out of hand.

Here's Don P. being a little more in-depth to AllHipHop.com on being charged with rape and two counts of aggravated sodomy: The word from the dude that drove her over there, she was like 'Ohhh, I wanna f**k Don P. That's my favorite one out the group [Trillville].' So, she gets there, goes in the back room and starts taking off all her clothes. All us in the room just looking and watching her a**. We all in the room just watching her go at my homeboy. She like a pro, dog. That's like a porno star hollering rape. She knew exactly what she wanted to do and she was doing it. We were just watching. There were girls in there too. You could tell she was an amateur though. She might get good as time go. She need to go to some athletes or some basketball players. Just look at how fly I am? Do I look like I have to rape any girls? Everybody in the industry knows that ain't even in my character. I'm the type of man, I like to lay on my back, rather than trying to hold somebody down [in a rape]. I want to lay on my back. I want to relax.

Oh okay. What's this I hear about a Trillville "Girls Gone Wild" type dvd?

Here's Don P. to AllHipHop.com on the Trillville dvd: It (the dvd) was gonna be a hardcore porn at first but now its gonna be like a girls gone wild. All sh*t on the road, in the hotel room. It's like in the middle, because there are still scenes where they still get down. We got girls from city to city to city coming to the hotel. Its gonna make everybody wanna be a rapper.

I still don't know what he's talking about, but he knows what I'm about to say so.
