In " The foolishness has to stop sometime" news, the ATL homey T.I. and members of his PSC/Grand Hustle Label were involved in a shoot-out, which left one person dead and wounded three others.

The Jewelry Man is informed that T.I. was in Cincinnati where he was scheduled to perform and promote his new album King at Bogart's nightclub. After the concert, T.I. headed over to Club Ritz for the after-after party and good times. From there, things get tricky.

Let the streets tell it, a scuffle broke out after money was thrown in the air by T.I. and crew. T.I. and company exited stage right. The people that they had the beef followed. Shots were fired. Shots were returned. When the smoke cleared, one person was dead, three were injured.

Words [were] exchanged; a little scuffle starts...Grand Hustle skates. N*ggas give chase and was shooting at Tip's van; Tip's team returned fire and Philant got hit.

According to SOHH.com, it was Philant, T.I.'s personal assistant, who was killed in the incident. The other three victims were treated at University Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

What foolishness.somebody's dead because somebody had a good time. Excuse me while I get on my soapbox.
