In "Damn, I should have." news, the homey T.I. was arrested and released on a $25,000 bond after Florida officials alleged that the ATL rapper has failed to satisfy his probation requirements.

    Oh really EbenGregory.what happened?

The Jewelry Man is informed that T.I. was briefly jailed Wednesday in Georgia for failing to perform 215 hours of community service in Florida as part of his probation requirements stemming from a 2003 incident. See, back in 2005, T.I. plead guilty to battery on a law enforcement officer, trespassing and disorderly conduct for a fist to cuff run in he had with some security officers at a local mall.

For his role in incident, Circuit Judge Daniel Perry sentenced the musician to 18 months of probation and 75 community service hours. Two months later, Harris admitted violating his probation by driving on a suspended license in Georgia and was ordered to serve an additional 150 service hours.

Mr. Why U Wanna was supposed to perform at least five hours a month. But as of April 18, he'd completed only 10 according to his probation officer. Fortunately for the big little homey, Georgia authorities agreed to release him on $25,000 bond. He has until Monday to turn himself to Florida authorities.

    And speaking of being released.
