The 40th annual New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, aka Jazz Fest, has announced hundreds of performing artists.  The two-weekend festival, taking place April 24 - 26 and April 30 - May 3, will feature an eclectic mix of artists from Sugarland and the Drive-By Truckers to Emmylou Harris, Etta James, Aretha Franklin and so many others.
