Ras Kass, recently released from jail, has been busy writin' and now needs a new label to call home. His last album, "Institutionalized", showed Ras's roots and whetted fans appetites of things to come. Ras admits that his new "20-song" album, featuring tracks produced by Dre and David Banner, is "impeccably written". According to Ras,"Tupac is dead" and "Ice Cube is a movie mogul", so he questions "who is the real King of the West?" The self-proclaimed "top dog' is on his way to the top.
