• In " I told you Diddy's into pimping" news, my cousin Sean John Combs is being sued by a group of Super-Producers including Clark Kent, Lord Finesse and Easy Moe Bee planning to file lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs alleging non-payment of producer and publishing royalties.

Some of the producers allege that they never seen a royalty statement or payment in upwards of 10 years. Now that's pimping.

According to reports, the group of producers claim to be responsible for writing and producing major hits such as " Whoa!," "I Love the Dough," "Flava In Ya Ear," "Warning," "Get Down," "I Need a Girl," "Been Around the World," "One More Chance," "Missing You," "Born Again," "Dead Wrong," "Sky's the Limit" and many others.

Here's Eric Moore of Moore Entertainment, a top consultant and manager in the music business who represents the group, on the lawsuit against Diddy: This pursuit of a lawsuit is not about revenge or in order for the shine to be on the REAL producers, however, it is intended to bring awareness to something that is more common that not in the game of music. These producers want what is rightfully owed to them and to their livelihood as individuals.

True. Hey Diddy, you ain't going like that are you?

Here's Diddy to AllHipHop.com on Diddy being sued for non-payment of producer and publishing royalties: Any monies owed to anyone are either paid or are in the process of being paid -- and, furthermore, will always be paid. It doesn't do any good -- and makes no sense at all to not pay people -- what logical sense would it make for a record company of Bad Boy's stature to not pay people?

Sounds good. I guess the checks are in the mail right Diddy? Those producers might as well walk to Brooklyn for a piece of cheesecake because it'll probably be a cold day in hell for the checks get cut. But hey, it's all good right Diddy?

Here's some pre-owned jewelry being dropped by EbenGregory on Diddy being sued by producers for non-payment of producer and publishing royalties: The big print giveth, and the fine print taketh away. Ask the Lox, Mase, Loon, Total, Faith, 112, etc.
