Via an interview with MTV, Plies announced that he will drop his third solo album in December of 2008.

The album, "The Realest" will hit store shelves on December 16, according to reports on MTV.com.

Plies also dished to MTV about his surprise over the Janet Jackson remix of "Bust It Baby Pt. 2."

"It was weird, bruh," said the self-described goon. One of the [program directors] said, "I love the Bust It Baby" remix. The one y'all did with Janet Jackson.' I didn't even know she did the record. Then I got a call from one of my peoples in Atlanta. They said Jermaine [Dupri] had just dropped the record off to the station. For the first 15, 20 minutes, I really thought the person who was telling me this was just talking."

Plies' "Definition of Real," his sophomore album, hit stores tomorrow (June 10)
