
The Obama camp has yet to announce who will play at the official innaugural ball on January 20, though there has been speculation surrounding several artists, including Shakira, Beyonce and Chicago-native Jennifer Hudson. Nonetheless, there are several unofficial balls with lineups announced. Ludacris and OutKast's Big Boi will co-host the Urban Ball - one of the American Music Inaugural Balls taking place in D.C. - which will include appearances from T-Pain, David Banner, Cedric the Entertainer, Lil Jon, Fantasia, Monica, Bobby Valentino and the Cheetah Girls. Tickets for the Urban Ball will run you $350.
Along with the Urban Ball, the Legends Ball, another American Music event, will also be held at D.C.'s Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. The Legends Ball features co-hosts Dionne Warwick and Yolanda Adams and slated performances from Chaka Khan, George Clinton, Kirk Franklin, Harold Melvin & Blue Notes and the Temptations with Dennis Edwards. Tickets for this event are even more pricey at $450.
