The kind of humor I like is the thing that makes me laugh for five seconds and think for ten minutes.

In "Ha-ha, he-he.I'm rich b----" news, the I'm gonna keep getting money with MTV homey Nick Cannon was given the green-light for a new sketch-comedy series entitled. "Nick Cannon Presents: Short Circuitz."

Oh really EbenGregory.sounds like Nick Cannon's got more money in the bank then Lil Scrappy no?

Yes.

The Jewelry Man is informed that Cannon has been given an eight-episode order, with the half-hour show set to premiere in first-quarter 2007 as part of the network's "10 Spot" lineup. According to my sources over at MTV, the series will consist of topical sketches, impersonations, parodies and other comedic elements.

Here's Tony DiSanto, executive producer at MTV, in a statement to EbenGregory on getting back in bed with Nick Cannon: Nick is so in touch with what will connect with viewers and particularly with his brand of comedy; he proved that with 'Wild N' Out,' which presents comedy in a new and different way. 'Short Circuitz' will do for sketch comedy what 'Wild N' Out' did for improv -- infuse it with a hip-hop vibe and Nick's own brand of edgy humor.
