We asked about his feeling about the outcome, Ne-Yo reportedly said, "They're trying to make me put on that little orange vest and pick up trash.I'm hoping I can take a class or something. I hope we can work it out soon."

Ne-Yo's third album, "Year Of The Gentleman" is in stores now. It features the hit singles "Closer" and "Stop This World."
