More legal drama for the homegirl Lil Kim. This time a Brooklyn Supreme Court judge issued a default judgment against the Queen Bee. Welcome to Brooklyn. The suit goes back to that 2001 shooting that involved her homeboys, the Junior M.A.F.I.A.
Long story short, the Mafia homies were kicking it at a Brooklyn deli when they got into a fist to cuffs with a dude named Michael Goody. After a too much lip service from Goody, the Mafia homies gave him a wet t-shirt. The Mafia homies (James "Lil Cease" Lloyd, Antoine "Banger" Spain, Damien Butler and Suif Jackson) then proceeded to hop in Kim's Lincoln Navigator and blew the scene.
Goody survived the shooting and next thing you know Kim's in court for a civil suit. The problem is, she ignored the civil suit and neither Kim nor her lawyers showed up for depositions. Let Mel Sachs tell it, Kim couldn't make the suit because she's in jail. Good point Mel. Mel is Kim's lawyer, nevermind he missed the deposition too. Hey Mel, what's your answer on where Mel was at? BTW, Goody's looking for a cool $1 million according to his lawyer, Ron Mysliwiec.
Here's Goody's side: I'll hold Kimberly Jones accountable for their actions. Kimberly Jones had an obligation and duty to employ competent and emotionally stable personnel of high character as her bodyguards so as not to endanger the welfare of others. Oh really?
Here's EbenGregory: Goody's looking to score.
We'll see how it plays out. In the meantime, send the homey Lil Kim a kite (that's jail slang for "correspondence" you big educated dummy). You see she needs to holla.
