In "It's looks like the foolishness is starting to heat up" news, the "my ego's the size of Europe' homey Kanye West is being sued by a leasing company for failing to return a Mercedes Benz and making the payments.

The Jewelry Man is informed that according to court documents filed in a LA Superior Court, Mr. West's Konman Entertainment Company is being sued for leasing a G500 for $1,295.00 per month back in September 2002.

Let the streets tell it, the lease expired back in January but Mr. Gold Digger aka Mr. All Falls Down that's addicted to retail, allegedly never returned the car. According to SOHH.com, leasing company DCFS Trust is suing K and Konman for $53,747.15, which is the value of the Benz. DCFS is also seeking back lease payments and late fees as well as punitive damages.

Ha-Ha. The Jewelry Man finds this funny. And speaking of funny.
