In "This won't be a good look" news, the I-like-pineapple-soda-showers homey R.Kelly got some bad news the other day when a judge ruled to allow the public and the media to view a videotape in court that prosecutors allege shows Kells having sex with an underage girl.

Uh-oh.EbenGregory does this mean that Kells is about to be put on Front Street again?
Yes.

Here's Judge Vincent Gaughan to R. Kelly's lawyers in his ruling about allowing the tape: I see no overarching interest in banning the tape from public view. This is the whole crux and linchpin of the case. If there was no tape, we wouldn't have a case.

Here's Kelly on pleading not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography: That's not me on the tape.

Let the DA tell it, the videotape was made sometime during a nearly three-year span between January 1998 and October 2000, when the girl may have been as young as 13.

Here's something to make you say.hmm: Prosecutors and defense attorneys had asked Gaughan to limit the viewing of the video to only jurors, attorneys and the judge himself. They argued that the video is so lewd it would embarrass the girl, who is now 21.
