Rapper, Young Jeezy's frowning snowman t-shirt has left American's cold and is now banned in a Florida Public School System.
Superintendent Gail McKenzie told principals in the school district last week about the t-shirt, featuring a frowning snowman, usually followed by various cocaine references.
"We understood that "snow' is a reference to cocaine," Assistant Superintendent Bruce Tonjes recently stated. "If that's what people understand the meaning of this to be, that doesn't mean the person wearing it understands. If that's the message it sends, we take the necessary measures to remove it from our campuses."
Kids who wear the shirt will first be asked to turn it inside out or to change the shirt altogether. After the second offense parents are contacted.
The buzz from the anti-drug campaigners caused the maker of the shirt, Miskeen Originals, to stop production all together. The snowman has not melted away yet and is said to be available on the black market.
Young Jeezy, not debilitated by the event, recently announced that he has linked a deal with Jay-Z's Rocawear clothing for his own clothing line labeled D Boy Apparel.
