You know, the 40/40 Club, the sports bar that pays homage to baseball's 3 rare players (Jose Canseco, Alex Rodriguez and Barry Bonds) who have had 40 stolen bases and 40 home runs in one season.

I hear from my Def Jam connect that the Jigga Man recently signed a three-lease deal to open up his elite sports lounge in Shanghai, Tokyo and Hong Kong. All three locations are set to open up by the end of 2007.

Back in "03, Shawn (I bet that's what Beyonce calls him) opened his exclusive 40/40 Night Club in New York City. Since then, he's opened up clubs in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Singapore.
