In "where there's smoke, there's fire" news, my partner in crime, Jaime Foxx, has responded to romantic rumors linking him to Eva Longoria. And here I'm thinking that she was with San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker?

Ever since they were spotted together at Mary J. Blige's after-party for the Golden Globes, fellow Texans Jamie Foxx and Eva Longoria have sparked romantic rumors, despite her relationship to San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker. Foxx, 38, is saying don't believe what anybody saw - which reportedly was a lot of hugging and hand-holding between him and the Desperate Housewives star, 30, who also happens to appear in the video for his Unpredictable hit single.

Here's Jamie Foxx to reporters during a conference call this past Monday on Eva Longoria: I told Tony I would look after her.

You told Tony you'd look after her. Now that's funny, but hey, you ain't never lied. And from the looks of these pictures here, here and here, it looks as if you are taking care of her just like you said you would.

I'm not tripping though, besides it's not even my business. If it's okay with Tony, it's okay with me. But if it's not okay with Tony, then.

On another note, check out his TV special Jamie Foxx - Unpredictable: A Musical Journey which airs this Wednesday, (Jan. 25) on NBC at 8pm E/P. The show features such R&B and hip-hop artists as Stevie Wonder, Mary J. Blige, Angie Stone, Snoop Dogg, The Game and Common. I would speak on the secret drama with the TV special, but I've grown weary of Jamie Foxx.
