The Georgia courts took no pity on Gucci Mane for striking a concert promoter in the head with a pool cue. Mane should've pleaded insane. His no contest approach earned him six months in jail, followed by 6-1/2 years of probation and one $3000 check for medical restitution. The scuffle started after Mane came to Big Cat, his record label, to snag a CD. An argument escalated into one giant headache for both Mane and especially for asaultee, Troy Buford. Gucci also awaits an accusation for a May murder, where he will plead self-defense.
