Female MC Foxy Brown pled guilty yesterday (May 8) to one misdemeanor charge of menacing today in a Brooklyn Criminal Court.

Foxy Brown allegedly attacked a woman with a Blackberry mobile device. The charges are stemming from a 2007 incident in which Foxy allegedly smacked her neighbor Arlene Raymond with her mobile device.

Brown was sentenced to time served and she submitted a letter of apology to the victim. Rumors are that Arlene Raymond may attempt to sue Brown in a civil suit, but no legal action has been confirmed.

In related news, Brown is set to release her new album, "Brooklyn's Don Diva," on Black Rose Entertainment/KOCH Records on May 13th, 2008. The album features guest appearances by Dwele, AZ, Lil' Mo, Kira, Graph, DeMarco, Lady Saw and more.
