My girl Foxy Brown is scheduled to break her silence today regarding the severity of her hearing condition and the status of her music career.

My BET connects tell me the BK rapper will be holding a press conference at BET studios this morning to talk about her medical condition. She may also touch o the status of that Black Roses album that supposed to drop sometime next year.

What she'll say, nobody knows, but ever since her former lawyer Joseph Tacopina outed her in court saying Brown was "Pretty much totally deaf now;" rumors have swirled about her health.

Earlier this year, Brown revealed she suffers from a rare condition called sudden sensorineural hearing loss in both ears. Word on the street is she's already undergone one surgical procedure to relieve her hearing loss and is expected to have another to help restore her ability to listen.

Brown is expected to be joined by a host of people at the press conference including Jay-Z, Russell Simmons, Kimora Lee Simmons, attorney Joseph Fleming, Foxy's physician, Reverend Al Sharpton and Dr Benjamin Chavis.
