In "A hand necklace never hurt nobody" news, the I'm still getting money off 50 Cent homey Eminem has been cleared of domestic violence by the Macomb County police in a "situation" that involved his 13-year-old niece.

Oh really EbenGregory.long money trumps bad odds every time huh man?

Yes.

The Jewelry Man is informed that Eminem had a beef with Kim's niece, yeah that Kim (catch up), over her outfit. She hangs up, he gets mad.

And now.the drama.

Here's Eminem's niece in a police statement on what happened next: Eminem entered the house without knocking and said, "don't you ever hang up on me again. The next time you do you won't have anything at my house and will never see me again. And you wanna know the reason I left your aunt was because she had hung up on me.' He was poking me in the head and moments later raised his hand as if he was going to hit me. He said, "I'll kill you,' and took my cell phone.

Nice.

Here's the Macomb County Sheriff to The Macomb Daily on what they think of the young girl's statement: There were no injuries and nothing to give an indication of a domestic assault. We treated it as any other criminal allegation brought to us. There was insufficient evidence to warrant any criminal charges. We don't think there was any intent to hurt her.
