In "Damn, it was all good a week ago" news, the Detroit homey Eminem recently filed for divorce from wife Kimberly Mathers-less than three months after remarrying her on Jan. 14.

It's really getting silly. What happened EbenGregory?

Here's Eminem in his filing with the Macomb County on what happened: There has been a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved.

Oh really?

The couple remarried at Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester, Mich., in January in a ceremony that boasted attendance by 50 Cent and D-12 at a 110-room mansion. Unfortunately the second time around wasn't as sweet.

The high school sweethearts divorced in October 2001 after a two-year marriage, memorialized in his 2000 hit "Kim," a graphic rap fantasy about her death. They engaged in a bitter custody fight over daughter Hailie, now 10.

Here's Eminem's publicist, Dennis Dennehy of Interscope-Geffen Records, to EbenGregory on what happened: I can confirm the divorce papers have been filed. He's trying to figure himself out. Beyond that we have no comment.

Here's some sideshow jewelry being dropped by EbenGregory on Eminem and his wife Kim divorcing again: Marriage is like a cage; one sees the birds outside desperate to get in, and those inside equally desperate to get out. Besides, the most happy marriage I can imagine to myself would be the union of a deaf man to a blind woman.
