My main man DMX was slapped with a 7-day sentence in New York City traffic case. Because I'm tired of reporting on DMX's legal trials and tribulations, here's the short version:

Earl "Crackman" Simmons pleaded guilty this past Tuesday to driving on a suspended license last April after his sport utility vehicle struck a car, which in turn hit a police car.

Here's Criminal Court Judge George Villegas on DMX: I'm not going to put him on probation because he's a violation waiting to happen. The judge then joked that his children, who are big DMX fans, "are not talking to me anymore."

The "X" Man is currently serving a 70-day sentence for driving with a suspended license in the Queens neighborhood of New York City. Judge Villegas was gracious enough to allow the seven-day penalty to run concurrently.

On another note, check out DMX as he takes a few "below the belt" jabs at Jeezy the Snowman while kicking at 106 and Park with the Lox.
