The Jewelry Man is informed that the Scottsdale po-po stopped DMX after they saw him take a handgun and place it underneath the front seat of the car he was driving. Although he was not arrested, he was cited for a misdemeanor charge of not having a permit to conceal the weapon in the vehicle.
