The Jewelry Man is informed that Dubai ruler Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum issued the pardon but Mr. Austin has not yet been released from jail.

According to court records, Mr. Austin was incarcerated since May 19, in Dubai jail after he was caught with 1.26 grams and five-and-a-half capsules of cocaine when he was arrested at a customs checkpoint.
