• Rapper and actor Common is still preparing the release of his upcoming album "Invincible Summer" but the first single has already been chosen. "Universal Mind Control" will be the lead single to his highly anticipated follow up to "Finding Forever". The track was produced by the Neptune and features Pharrell Williams on the chorus.

"Universal Mind Control" is a high-energy track reminiscent of Afrika Bambaataa & Soul Sonic Force's "Planet Rock." "I created this music for the summertime. It's about feeling good," Common told Billboard.com. "This is the type of music I felt was missing from my body of work."

Other songs that reportedly will also be featured on the album are "Make My Day" featuring Gnarls Barkley´s Cee-Lo, "Punch Love" and "Dreaming."

"Invincible Summer" will hit stores in mid-July via Geffen and is Common´s eight album. His last album "Finding Forever" has sold 551,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
