In "We got money, we ain't tripping" news, the homies over at the Los Angeles' Department Of Children And Family Services (DCFS) have closed their investigation into the welfare of Britney Spears' child.

Oh really EbenGregory? I didn't know there was an investigation.pray tell, what happened?

Child welfare officials and a sheriff's deputy visited the home of Britney Spears but declined to say Tuesday whether they were investigating the pop princess. But a police official has confirmed the case was closed on the spot, at the house.

Here's Lt. Debra Glaskides of the LAPD to EbenGregory on what happened at Britney's house: It's a very standard, routine patrol request. We just roll out with them. We stood by, we took no action, no report or anything.

The Jewelry Man is informed that authorities were called to the house after Spears' baby Sean Preston fell out of his high chair and fractured his skull.

The streets have also told The Jewelry Man that Spears and her husband Kevin Federline took their son to a Los Angeles hospital after noticing he was sleeping more than usual.

The same sources claim Sean Preston had fallen out of his high chair earlier last week, while in the care of his nanny. The worried parents took the baby to his pediatrician, who gave the tot the all-clear, but when Spears and Federline noticed their son seemed lethargic and sleepy later in the week, they checked him into UCLA Medical Center, the hospital where he was born.

That's nice.little Sean Preston is okay and the po-po gave Britney and Federline a pass. The Jewelry Man is also into handing out passes so...
