    RAPPER CANIBUS

101 Distribution and Mic Club Music will release Canibus' new album, For Whom The Beat Tolls. For Whom The Beat Tolls has been released through 101 Distribution and is now available in all respectable commercial and independent music retail stores in the U.S. and in Canada, as well as iTunes. "Secret Amongst Cosmonauts" will be the first single.

The album also features stellar collaborations as Canibus teams up Vinnie Paz of Jedi Mind Tricks for "The Fusion Centre," GZA and Killa Priest for "Liquid Wordz" and K. Solo for "There Has He Been." There are also production from Scram Jones, J. Wells, Moss, Zinn Deadly and the Capital Gang Movement.

"I gave it 100% and the rhymes on there are explosive. There are some records that came out in the past and sometimes, the lyrics would be explosive, but the concepts were over people's heads," Canibus says. "At the same time, my fans are the ones who have always known me as someone that'll put their minds in overdrive. It's poetry, it's not just rap to me. I'm taking these concepts and trying to make them rhyme, so I'm not missing a beat."
