In more "Kick a Man While He's Down" news, my homey Dame Dash is getting a raw deal these days. As if Jigga Man dumping him on his head wasn't bad enough, Dash is now being sued by two LA producers for allegedly stealing the premise for the hit Hip-Hop reality series "Ultimate Hustler." The lawsuit stems from accusations that Dash stole the premise for "Ultimate Hustler" from the plaintiff's reality TV show pitch entitled "Mogul," which they registered with the Writers Guild of America in Los Angeles in Feb. 2004. These two money happy individuals are seeking a judgment against the Dash for general damages, special damages, punitive damages and damages for loss of past, present and future economic losses. Seems that Dame Dash Music Group hasn't put out a hit yet. Could the fact that DDMG doesn't have any artists have something to with it? Hmmmm . at least his beautiful wife, Rachael Roy, still hocks his line of over-priced Tiret watches. Go Dame Dash go!
