• Yo! Raps (www.yoraps.com) had the chance to interview UGK member Bun B in an exclusive interview. The Southern legend opens up about Pimp C´s passing and how hard it was for him to continue his career. "Yea, there was a moment definitely. It was very hard; I wasn't just loosing my partner but loosing a brother. Anything I knew with this music, as far as business, basically I knew it with him. Like I said, that's getting caught up and feeling sorry for yourself after the situation. I had to snap myself up out of there real fast."

When asked what keeps Bun B motivated, the rapper said, "My family, my friends and my fans more than anything I think. [.] You know they here for me, they miss him too, the fact that they really feel like they need that UGK representation. They ask me, 'Please don't stop making music, and please don't let it end now. As far as if you are willing to keep doing this we got your back. ' [.] We have been to Miami to Seattle from New York to L.A. and all points in between. People stood up for UGK, for Pimp C and for me."

Bun B just released his new solo album "II Trill" on May 20. "The new album is called 'II Trill.' It's really bringing it back to where it needs to be brought. It's just taking it back to the basics. Everybody trying to make things more complicated than they are, and make themselves seem more complicated than they are. Everything is really simple and basic. You write about yourself, your write about people you around, you write about cars and you write about the hood you know. We need to start holding people accountable for the bullshit they can pull. That's not just in the industry but in the world as well."
