According to Us Weekly, Miley dropped her Twitter because her boyfriend, actor Liam Hemsworth, doesn't approve. Billy Ray posted this plea on Twitter about the subject: "Miley. Miley posted her final Tweet last Thursday saying, "FYI Liam doesn't have a Twitter and he wants me to delete mine with good reason." Miley used Twitter to support gay marriage, plan gatherings and more. She had more than 1.1 million followers on the site.
