Just when Dave Mays and Benzino thought they've seen the last of former Source Editor-In-Chief Kim Osorio, Kim's right back like she left something. Yesterday Osorio and former Source employee Michelle Joyce had Mays and Benzino served with sexual harassment and gender discrimination papers. Actually the U.S. District Court served the papers, but Osorio and Joyce initiated the drama.

Long story short, the Source Magazine was allegedly an environment of "rampant sexual improprieties" that included vulgar comments, sexual propositions and verbal threats. Yikes! Sounds like Benzino and company getting into a lot of buffoonery behind the green door.

Instead of spending the next 233 words making fun of Benzino, I figured we'd take a look at the official court documents that were filed in court and laugh at that. You know I'm always down for a good laugh. Shall we begin?
