Amy Winehouse has been arrested again. The troubled singer was arrested on April 25th for suspicion of assault. She voluntarily turned herself in to face interrogation by the police. When she did so, a doctor found her "unfit for interview" so she was held overnight. The 24 year old singer was released on Saturday morning, April 26th. Her charges stem from a recent incident in the north London neighborhood of Camden.

Winehouse allegedly punched a 38-year-old man in the street. Tabloid newspaper reports claim that she hit the man because he got in her way while she was playing pool. It was also reported that she head-butted another person, who was trying to help her get a cab. She admitted to slapped a man with an open hand and was cautioned, but not charged. This incident will remain on her record and could count against her if she's ever charged with a similar offense.

This news all started on the day that Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil appeared in court to face charges of inflicting grievous bodily harm and attempting to pervert the course of justice. He has denied the charges and on his court date, his wife was nowhere in sight. His trial date is set for June 2nd and Fielder-Civil will remain in jail until then.
