• Apparently the Canadians don't like 50 Cent. In fact, he is supposedly going to be barred from entering the country. The powers that be are a little concerned about his criminal record and all the drama that 50 brings with him.

Long story short, some Canadian dude (Junior Foreign Minister Dan McTeague) asked another Canadian dude (Immigration Minister Joe Volpe) to deny 50 Cent permission to enter the country for his Canadian Tour, which is slated to start in Vancouver on Dec. 3.

Due to Canada's strict policies, 50 Cent would need a special ministerial permission to enter Canada because of his criminal record. The powers that be noted a surge of violence that his gripped Toronto and singled out a shooting after 50 Cent performed in the city in 2003.

Here are the powers that be on balla blocking 50 Cent: "This is not a question of censorship. This is a question of trying to protect impressionable young men," McTeague told the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. "There are indeed limits and restrictions on freedom of expression, particularly if they incite hate or if they are the kind of activity that is killing our young youths right across Toronto."

Translation: We don't want that 50 Cent drama.

Here's EbenGregory on the 50 Cent drama: Drama, what drama? 50 Cent doesn't come with baggage or drama, unless they're talking about this, this, this, this, this, this, this ... I could go on but what's the point. Isn't this why we love 50 Cent? 50's gonna get that money. See you in Canada 50.

BTW, I still can't get over this picture. Two words: Pony Show!
