Britney Spears is reportedly set to be quizzed by social workers over allegations of child abuse.

The 'Toxic' singer - who has two sons, Sean Preston, four, and three-year-old Jayden James, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline - has been accused by her former bodyguard Fernando Flores of being an unfit mother, beating one of the tots with a belt and giving them both foods they were allergic to.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Britney doesn't mean to be a bad mother. But Flores feels she has so many issues she can't be trusted around her boys.

"He claims the first really shocking incident was when she came marching into the pool house at her mansion and demanded his belt.

"He handed it over but then followed her into the main house and claims he witnessed the alleged incident."

Britney, 28, strongly denies claims she mistreated her young boys in late March or early April.

They currently split their time between her home in Beverly Hills, California, and their father Kevin's house.

Child protection agency workers apparently tried to question her about the allegations last week, but Britney had already left her home to spend a few days in Los Angeles.

Former policeman Fernando, 29, recently quit his job as the pop star's minder, after accusing Britney of sexually harassing him by continually walking around naked in his presence.

A friend of his said: "Working for Britney is tough. She's a nightmare to deal with and her emotions are totally out of control. She runs round the house naked and yelling at staff."

Vanessa Hudgens feels "lucky" to have met Zac Efron.

The 'High School Musical' star - who has been dating her co-star in the Disney movie series for the last four years - admits she is grateful they started their careers together.

She said: "We got lucky because we started off together, so I think people like us because they fell in love with our characters. Right off the bat, we had a connection. I think everybody could see it. When we had our audition, they paired us together. And he was adorable. I mean, he wasn't the guy that he is today. Like, he had a gap in his teeth. He was a whole different person."

Despite the early chemistry between Vanessa and Zac, the 21-year-old actress-and-singer isn't ready to take their relationship to the next level and move in with the '17 Again' star.

She added to Glamour magazine: "No. I mean, maybe. maybe house-hunting for houses on our own. I mean. which, I'm not. And he's not, at the moment. So no. No. I just bought my house two years ago, and I adore it."

Since getting her big break in the 'High School Musical' movies the young star has also appeared in teen movie 'Bandslam'.

But although her film choices have been for younger audiences, Vanessa is ready to move onto something more challenging.

She said: "Before 'High School Musical', I wanted to be a nitty-gritty actress. And 'High School Musical' came along, and I was like, 'Oh my God, fun!' When I am around kids and they come up to me, of course I am going to act a certain way, but at the end of the day, I'm doing this for myself. I'm going to be doing movies kids can't watch."

Kanye West is being sued for copyright infringement.

The hip-hop star is facing legal action from rapper Vincent 'Vince P.' Peters who claims he sent Kanye's manager, John Monopoly, his version of 'Stronger' hoping Monopoly would executive produce the project.

Roc-A-Fella Records and UMG Recordings are named as defendants in the lawsuit filed in Illinois, Virginia, over two years after the song was released.

Vincent alleges Kanye's track 'Stronger' was released seven months after he sent his own interpretation to Monopoly and is adamant is sounds very similar to his concept. Vincent also insists his recording project fell through.

X17Online reports that court papers obtained by website, Kanye's version "copies significant and important parts of Peter's lyrics identically or almost identically".

In the documents, it also says that both versions of the song make reference to Kate Moss and the phrases "that which does not kill me makes me stronger," and "can't wait much longer" are also in both songs.

Vincent is seeking unspecified damages and asks that both labels be blocked from selling, distributing or having Kanye perform the song. He also requests that any remaining copies of the track be destroyed.
