1. Valérie Sajdik (born Apr 2, 1978) - better known as Valerie - is an Austrian pop artist who became famous as the lead singer of Saint Privat, which was very successful in the early 2000s. She has since released two solo albums and tours internationally. Born in a vineyard close to Vienna, she spent her early childhood in Moscow, and splits her time between living in Austria and France. She speaks four languages: English, French, German and Russian. Most of her recordings are in either German or French. In February 2010, she was invited to perform at the Vancouver Cultural Olympiads (Francophone Side) and performed on CBC Radio-Canada along with ukulele player and songwriter Victoria Vox. She performed "Noyés" (written by Vox) and also her original "Encore une fois", both from her 2010 album, Ich bin Du bist.
