The 24-year old rapper met up with the Big Oomp camp about six years ago while he was an up and coming DJ in the Atlanta area. Big Oomp was so impressed by Unk's hustle, that he added him to the roster of Big Oomp Records, which includes Baby D and his track "Eastside vs. Westside". Unk can also be heard rapping on "Suckas Come Try Me" by Dem Franchize Boyz
