Jeanie Tracy is a African American Urban contemporary, Hi-NRG and House music singer-songwriter. Tracy's debut album, "You and Me" was released in 1982 on Fantasy Records.
Tracy exprienced a career resurgance during the late 1990's with three Top 20 Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart hits, "Happiness" (1997), "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You" (1999) and "Keep The Party Jumpin'" (1999).
