When people see Gene The Werewolf for the first time, the only thing that can come to mind is ?Wow, how did that Werewolf pull off such sweet falsettos?. The band has only been together since early in 2006 but the individual members have been playing music and touring for the better part of the last decade. When the 4 guys from Pittsburgh, PA decided that they wanted to start playing music that was as Ridiculous as it was Awesome, they started playing together and Gene The Werewolf was born.

?The concept of this band is that people can go out to a rock show and have fun like they used to before the scene became all about hot dudes with tight abs and no talent being in the spotlight? says Gene. Well there are no hot dudes or tight abs in this band, but there is plenty of talent. Aaron, the band?s keyboardist is a really good bowler, and Tim the band?s bass player can do a mean Matthew McConaughey impression. ?We want to play music that people can relate to, while still being ridiculous and awesome. I mean, we asked a Werewolf to be our lead singer for crying out loud? says Nick, the band?s drummer.
