Apart from “Do To It”, Unappreciated has other peppy numbers and love ballads, which make the album worth listening to. They deal with issues of life, love, and relationships as a young woman would look at them. Cherish believe that “Whenever,” “Ohh,” and “Show and Tell” are a mini trilogy of songs starting from the point when a guy says he’d like to take your relationship to the “next level” to when you’re not sure if you’re ready, and finally culminating in you making up your mind and saying “show me what you got baby!” “Chick Like Me” is a song about the girls and their ideal men.
Unappreciated is Cherish’s attempt to make their mark in the ever-growing music industry. So far, they seem to have been pretty successful with “Do To It” and Unappreciated topping charts nationwide. They believe that amidst the Destiny’s Childs and the EnVogues of today, Cherish too will develop its own unique fan following because of their own style and different sound.
